Some of my prenatal massage client's biggest issues due to pain actually just come from sleeping! Sleeping on your side every night can become annoying an uncomfortable if you don't have the proper support. Some of my clients have told me that a side-sleeping pillow is the only way they can fall (and stay) asleep! Magnesium Pain Relief Cream

I use this 100% organic Magnesium rub as an optional add-on for my massage clients because there are so many pregnant mamas-to-be that get muscle cramping, especially in their calves and lower back. If this (or restless leg) is a problem for you (especially when you're trying to sleep), Magnesium rub could be a great benefit in easing muscle pain. Also check with your doctor to see if you are low on any minerals, like Magnesium, and they may even recommend adding in an additional supplement to your diet.

Bed Wedge Cooling Pillow

This memory foam bed wedge has cooling technology and it is very similar to the one I use in my massage practice to recline prenatal clients to massage the front of their legs, arms, shoulders, neck, and head. It is basically the less expensive version of the Orthopedic Bed Wedge Pillow set:) I would, however, recommend during your 2nd-3rd trimester to put a small wedge under your right hip to relieve the Inferior Vena Cava which can cause dizziness, nausea, etc if the baby's weight is compressing that area.

Breastfeed More Easily

Hands-Free & Cordless Wearable Breast Pump

I had one of my own clients tell me about this product and how much of a difference the convenience was with her second baby compared to her first. Instead of using a traditional breast pump and having to sit still and feel confined to one spot and not being able to use your hands very well, you can use the MomMed pump which allows you to move and walk around! So while you're pumping you can still hold the baby, or get things done around the house like washing bottles, vacuum, use the restroom, you can even do yoga if you wanted to! Pressure Relief Seat Cushion

With my maternity clients then hip & sciatic pain is almost always the #1 discomfort during pregnancy and postpartum. If you are going to be sitting for long periods of time then I highly recommend finding a seat cushion to protect the base of your spine (tailbone/coccyx). Whether you are driving or working in an office then you need to be able to sit comfortably or it can end up causing even worse hip pain and spread upward and cause pain along the spine all the way into the neck!

Back Relief Lumbar Pillow

One of the biggest back issues that can develop during pregnancy is from improper support of the lumbar spine which can cause pain, tightness, and discomfort.
